Refund policy

Most products sold by Nuno Tomás Photography are individually produced after an order is placed. For this reason, we do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind.

Made-to-order and personalised products

Where a product is made according to the customer's specifications or is clearly personalised within the meaning of applicable consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply and the sale is final.

This may include products individually produced in a customer-selected configuration where that configuration legally qualifies as being made to the customer's specifications.

Where mandatory consumer law nevertheless grants a right of withdrawal in a particular case, those statutory rights remain fully applicable and take precedence over this policy.

Order cancellations

Production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

We therefore do not guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed once it has been submitted.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact shop@nunotomas.com as soon as possible. If production or fulfilment has not yet begun, we will do our best to help.

Any mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact shop@nunotomas.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include:

• your order number;

• a description of the problem; and

• photographs of the item and packaging where useful.

Where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

Any return or replacement costs resulting from our error or from a confirmed lack of conformity will be borne by us.

Print and colour variations

Photography displayed on a screen may differ slightly from the final physical print because of monitor calibration, paper characteristics, ink, printing processes and ambient viewing conditions.

Small variations that are inherent to photographic printing and do not materially affect the artwork are not considered defects.

Limited Editions

Limited Edition prints are individually allocated from a finite edition.

Returned or cancelled Limited Edition numbers are not automatically reissued or reassigned except where we decide otherwise.

Slow Light Club

One Month Only is a single physical purchase and does not create a recurring membership.

Join the Club is a recurring membership. Cancelling the membership stops future recurring renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order or membership cycle that has already been successfully charged.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under Portuguese or European Union law.
